A very lazy weekend, with hot cross buns for tea and hours spent sticking hoarded clippings into assorted scrapbooks.
I've been keeping them since I was at school, they're such a great way to keep images I can't bear to throw away and I love looking back through the old ones at shapes and colours and little details that continue to haunt my visual imagination:

How fab! I love the chinese-style flasks in the (Second?) photo especially.
I always mean to do something like this, yet never seem to get around to it (although its partly due to my never having money to buy pretty mags in the first place :( )
Tomorrow, I shall! (ok, well maybe not tomorrow, but soon anyway....)
Be honest - how much glue did you find not on the paper but on you? (or is that only me and small children...?)

awww, great post!
I love your scrapbooks - used to keep some when I was a teenager - then more recently an interiors book when we were moving house. I think crafty people love to be inspired visually!
Oh my gosh, what are those pancakes with cream and chocolate syrup??!
I love looking at other people's inspiration books and I always want to start one, but mine never look as nice as theirs.
Your scrapbooks are so stylish and full of inspiration.
So neat to see your scrapbooks -- we all do them differently, so it's fascinating to see someone else's.
