A Top Sewing Tip

Don't leave your work unattended on the floor when there are kitties about!

During an afternoon of sewing on the sofa I came back from making tea to find this little lady casually sitting next to a bit of purple felt she'd obviously been having fun catching / attacking. Luckily it was just leftover scraps and not something I was sewing.

"What? This was nothing to do with me!" *innocent face*

This is why the kitties aren't allowed in my studio! :)

My cat got up in the sewing table and pushed a fabric square off to feed it to the dog... Not her finest hour!

Make that dogs also. I had my Owl with tooth marks in him, ripped the little scallops just about off. Luckily we hadn't got his 'big' brother yet (a Greyhound), I shudder to think what he would do with it!

R-O-F-L! I have the exact same problem, only with my DOG!!! She thinks that anything she can get access too is HERS!!! Doesn't matter whether it's scrapes or the actual project!!! LOL!!! Good thing we love them so much, cause otherwise we'd kick-em to the curb!!!

Hahahaa, yep I have two of those at home. Plus a husband. Which means I essentially have three cats ;)

Ah, it's interesting to hear that dogs are just as bad as cats when it comes to this stuff! :)

Alex - haha! :D

Such a little crime is not deserving of banishment! Animals are more important than stuff!
