I went to visit my parents today so haven't had time for a proper blog post, but just wanted to share this quick snap of an early bit of my applique work proudly displayed in my parents' living room....

oh when I first looked at it I thought the nose was a mouth! That's how it is when I visit my mum's house.. always finding things you did ages ago that they hold on to. It's rather shocking sometimes! Don't they get rid of anything?
