Last night I finished these lovelies - bullfinch and chaffinch ornaments, now listed over in my Etsy shop: One of the original sets of bird ornaments I made last year went to my mum and another was requested by a friend who sweetly sent me snaps of the birdies in situ in his tree!
And a big thank you for the lovely comment on my blog, it made me feel a lot better...I think I need to be told not to beat myself up about these things more often, so they were words of wisdom! I love the idea of a knitting group though, I'm now on the hunt for some cool crafty London groups to head to :)

The birdies in the tree are so fab. They're really wonderful, but even moreso "in situ". :D
