I'm glad you've been enjoying them :)<br /><br />Rebekah - well, I'm sure the swan population went up when people stopped eating them!! ;D Apparently the swan population massively declined a few decades ago, but has been slowly recovering since lead fishing weights were banned & other conservation efforts have helped to improve the situ for the swans.
